Best Innkeepers Insurance Coverage Program

At Wister, we want to earn your business. We understand the value of B & B properties to the industry and the challenges related to insuring them. Let us take the time to learn about your special project. We will review your current policy specifically to see if it meets the unique needs of your business and deliver our best comprehensive custom coverage and service specifically designed to suit your insurance needs.

The Modern Innkeepers Insurance Policy

Led by Scott and Christy Wolf, Wister Executives pioneered the modern bed & breakfast insurance policy over 30 years ago.

In 1989, the Wolf's co-founded the Wolf Innkeepers Insurance Program, which ultimately became the largest bed & breakfast insurance program in the United States. Prior to the programs acquisition by CBIZ in 2008, it was also considered the Nation's premier program and was endorsed by local, state, regional, and national bed & breakfast associations.

The Wolf's have teamed up with other industry-leading executives to create Wister Insurance™, the new standard for hospitality insurance brokers. In addition to providing bed & breakfast insurance, Wister will also focus on insuring boutique hotels, country inns, resorts, lodges, venues, and event centers. Address: 21 W Pennsylvania Ave #C, Walkersville, MD 21793. (888) 241-1902

Resumé / Bio

Hospitality insurance is a niche, and anyone who tells you otherwise is misinformed. Unlike most home insurance, hospitality companies have a complex risk with variable exposure. It requires attention to detail from both a property, workforce, and casualty insurance standpoint. Comprehensive coverage at competitive prices is needed to manage risk, keep your business secure, protect against property damage, and avoid interruption. Important factors are guest safety, liquor liability, and the unique risks from facilities like amusement parks and the possibility of a power outage. Workers compensation and liability coverage are vital.
