Specialist / Customer Experience Role w/ HR Specialization / HRIS

Description

We are looking for bright and independent-thinkers who want to help disrupt Human Management with exciting technology, working at the core to help establish HRIS/HRMS (using our in-house-Tech) workflows, and support and develop local talent through managing procedures. You will be responsible for working with our team to continue establishing the HRIS/HRMS procedures and enhance the capabilities of HR through the use of Tech. The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees, managers, and clients (both local and abroad.)

Requirements

Proven experience in CX roles, or HR officer, administrator or other HR position - we will consider candidates without experience but only with strong capacity to think independently
Interest in HRMS/HRIS and workflow establishments
Interest in HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
Outstanding organizational and attention-management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Strong ethics and reliability
BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
Responsibilities

Understanding and enhancing Customer Experience (CX) by improving and implementing HR workflows
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Develop training and development programs
Assist in performance management processes
