My Product Management Journey
My journey into product management did not start with the title. It started with curiosity.
After earning a degree in behavioral neuroscience psychology, I began my career as a software engineer, learning how systems are built from the ground up.
From there, I moved into program management, product marketing, and product leadership across AT&T, Turner, and Duke Energy.
At AT&T, I helped improve customer support experiences and reduce operational costs. At Duke Energy, I helped take a product from idea to near launch in under a year. At Amazon, I worked within systems powered by cloud infrastructure and AI.
I founded 40Billion and Together We Rise Jamaica to empower entrepreneurs and communities through digital platforms.
I believe great products come from understanding people deeply and continuously improving their experience through data.
We are now entering a new era where AI is reshaping how products are built and how decisions are made.
I am prepared to lead through this transformation.
