The name of our company is Jin Ma's Market, LLC located in Medford, OR. We offer authentic, homemade gourmet Chinese dumplings cooked hot and fresh from our mobile food truck as well as several other made to order entrees. Jin Ma's is the only food truck, and food service establishment, in the area serving true Chinese food. The recipes we use for our five varieties of dumplings were passed down to my wife from her grandmother in Qingdao,China where she grew up.
Our dumplings are also available frozen and ready to cook,along with all the accompaniments, directly from our website. Catering service is also available from our food truck.
