Perform Restructure of Owners Mortgage who are in Negative Equity situation over 10%. Residential or Commercial.
Must have a Non-Conforming Loan, no second mortgage and be able to qualify for a traditional mortgage loan.
Loan not owned by Fannie, Freddie, Ginnie, etc..
We traditionally use a Current appraisal to determine the status of the property and offer the Lender a discounted amount for the loan using a Bridge loan to purchase the Loan.
We then Sell the property back to the same property
owner at 80% of the Current Market Value.
