We will do this by raising $250 million through accredited investors only, to finance the purchase of Micro-Cap companies occupying the Nutraceuticals and Modular Housing markets. We aim to develop Gravitas Infinitum for an IPO, or acquisition by Private Equity or Hedge Fund.
