Sam's Southern Eatery first opened its doors January of 2008 in Shreveport, Louisiana, where it was met with great feedback from the community. Our customers loved our fresh mouth-watering seafood, huge generous portions, and extremely affordable prices so much, it allowed us to expand 51 other locations in 9 states to meet the needs of our rapidly growing customer base.
