I am a strength and conditioning coach with over 20 years of experience. I work with athletes from roughly 11 up to the 50's. Heavy emphasis on athletes in High School and College. The primary goals are relative strength, multi-directional explosiveness, mobility, nutrition, supplementation,body composition analysis, injury prevention and rehabilitation, muscle function, balance, injury referral, position specific development and referral,etc. For high school athletes the goal is playing time and scholarship opportunities. For college athletes its playing time, scholarship opportunities and possibly higher.
