The Alliance of Angels is a membership organization of individual accredited angel investors and investment corporations.
The goal of the Alliance of Angels is to bring together high-growth early-stage entrepreneurs and sophisticated angel investors. For companies seeking funding, the Alliance of Angels provides valuable coaching as well as exposure to an otherwise difficult-to-reach and powerful network of experienced investors.
The AoA, a program of the Technology Alliance, is regionally-focused group of over 100 individual investors and representatives of investment corporations in the Pacific Northwest. Our organization acts as a matchmaker for young technology companies and interested investors, and provides in-depth coaching to qualifying companies who submit an application.
The Alliance of Angels (AoA) receives member-referred as well as unreferred business plans daily. To be considered by the AoA, prospective companies must meet the following criteria:
1. The company must be currently headquartered in the Pacific Northwest*.
2. The company must be in the early stage of growth.
3. The company must be a technology or high-growth company.
If your company fits these criteria, you may submit an executive summary of your business plan via an online form. We charge a nominal $95 submission fee at the time of your application and your executive summary will appear in a password-protected area of our website for review by our members for 120 days from the date of submission. Some companies will be selected for further review and will be contacted by one of our Program Managers for more details about your company. We will NOT charge additional fees for further review or for presentation to our members, although we do ask companies presenting at our luncheons to cover the cost of their lunches, which is $30 per person for up to 4 company representatives. Companies must meet the above-mentioned criteria to be posted online and considered for review.
* States which meet our Pacific Northwest criteria include: Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Montana, Idaho and lower British Columbia.
