My intent of this raise is to payoff one (or both) 401(k) loans I have through work. Currently, I have two (the maximum). If I can raise enough money, I will be able to repay one then take out a new loan for approximately $22,000 (which will repay any loaned money as well as provide the funding for the startup of my business ventures). |
 |
Offer to funders: I am willing to pay interest (financial return). |

First product is the marketing of a musical cd I have created. I have identified 60 sales already and have a plan for getting to 300 sales. JWA Enterprises also plans to invest in real estate.
The purpose of my first raise is to get enough capital to payoff an outstanding 401(k) loan. |
