About Miroslaw
Status: Start-up capital to build Teaching-Learning Small Animal Hospital

Summary

Currently, I am involved in the Company's (CMVS) search for start-up capital/investment campaign (divided into number of Phases - currently we are in the Phase ONE) created with the objective of raising USD 16.5 million for the purpose of initiating this very unique program of constructing a clinical teaching-learning 280,000 sq.ft. Small / Companion Animal Hospital-CAH (7-level facility: 4 sub-levels and 3 floors for dogs and cats, only) in Greater Toronto Area (GTA) in Ontario, Canada.

In the Phase ONE of our project we are planning to establish an accredited facility, as an only such facility in Ontario and in Canada, where e.g. the clinical programs of organ/tissue transplantation utterly devoted to the treatment of dogs and cats diagnosed with the end-stage of organ diseases (e.g. uremia, diabetes) will be carried out.

Currently, there are approximately 150 million dogs and cats living in Canada and the USA of which approximately 1.5% (n= 2.25 million) are diagnosed every year with the end-stage of kidney/pancreas disease which are euthanized due to lack of treatment. This group of animals is eligible for the treatment with organ/tissue transplantation - a lifesaving procedure, which we are planning, with your support, to provide to the population of clinical dogs/cats living with their owners in Greater Toronto Are (GTA) and beyond.
