SummaryI've been in Real Estate and Construction sales since 2008 and have been involved in home projects throughout that entire time. I specialized in Fire and Water damage restoration and working with Property Managers to bring investors properties back up to rent condition as quickly as possible.

Resumé / Bio2003 - Created Georgia's Dream Nannies with my wife - A household staffing company that is still running today.
2008 - Real Estate License obtained. Sold over $1mill in real estate in a few months.
2009 - Started working for an insurance restoration contractor. Put a team together and sold nearly $3million worth of roofing in the metro Atlanta area that year alone.
2010 - Opened up an additional office doing insurance restoration in South carolina repeating success of Atlanta office
2011 - 2013 - Working with the same restoration contractor building relationships to open up new doors around the Atlanta area with Fire and Water restoration. Also started Property Management rehab division of our company to help property managers maintain their portfolio of homes. Specializing in helping them bring on new investors with recently purchased properties and bring them back up to rent condition.
