(2004-2006)
- Test parts and systems to ensure that they are working properly.
- Identify mechanical problems, often by using computerized diagnostic equipment.
- Perform basic care and maintenance, including oil changes, tuneups, and tire rotations.

- Understand bill of material, assembly drawing and standard procedure.
- Operate & maintain all production equipment and special tools. Operate Hydraulic/pneumatic torque tools. Operate overhead crane. Drive forklift.
- Assemble and dismantle actuators and valves, BOP (DL, TL, Tandem Booster) Christmas tree, Spool body, Wellhead tooling, etc in accordance with procedures, work instruction and API standards.
- Adjust clearance of moving parts, electrical contact gaps & alignment jigs to required specifications to complete assembly prior to final testing. Repair non-conformance products as noted by quality control/engineering personnel.
- Prepare out SUT, FAT, shell test up to 22500 psi, function test, flushing, prove test to the assembled parts strictly referred to procedure.
- Assist to ensure the safety & security of the workplace; take, adhere & execute all instructions given by the workshop leader. Maintain 5s housekeeping. Responsible for work process.

Assembly Technician IV at Baker Hughes EH4R
(January 2014- February 2015 )
- Set up new plant. Work with architect, team mate and plant manager to understand building plan. Starting from tidy up the building, measuring and calculating. Starts with marking the floor, and place the heavy duty sticker on the floor.
- Work with assembly team and HSE specialist from Singapore to Set up an Emergency Operation Plan for the building, develop an HRA to high sequence of usage or risky tools/parts.
- Assist contractors to install Test bunker, Torque machine, Big fan, HDU (Handheld Display Unit) and monitor their safety.
-Assists Buyer and planner to buy right hand tools, chemicals, hydraulic fluids, pressure test fittings, special tools, PPE and fasteners.
- Set up 5 workbench and hand tools consists about 50 hand tools per workbench, and 10 hydraulic vise. Marking hand tools with 5 different epoxy colors for 5 different work cell.
- developed 6S systems for hand tools, housekeeping schedule, hand tools checklist, and place an owner for every area separated.
- Tear down rusty and damage completion tools (Liner hanger, Liner Packer, ZXP, ZXPN, HMC) from around the globe, clean up and segregate usable parts, and non usable parts will be scrapped.
- Referring to assembly procedure, BOM, safety cautions and works with QC to decide either the parts is usable or not.
-Work accurately with SAP systems to make sure tools progress is align with expected hours.
Designer cum CNC Programmer ( Freelance)
(March 2015- present )
- Produce or re-design new drawing from customer parts. Most of parts are for automotive industries, such Harley Davidson, Honda, Nissan, Datsun, Toyota, etc
- Create 3 axis CNC Milling toolpath program using Mastercam software, select suitable tooling depend on process. Setup accurate tool offset and parameter, and run the machine.
- Advise customer for what material to be used for their applications. Either for hi speed stuff, plastic injection moulds or parts for accessories.
