Xbox Series X Will be Newly Compatible with Thousands of Games
On May 29th, Microsoft's Xbox Series X project management director Jason Ronald posted a new blog on the official website, confirming that the Xbox Series X will be compatible with thousands of games from the Xbox, Xbox 360 and Xbox One platforms when it is first launched.
Microsoft said that backward-compatible games will run on the Xbox Series X local machine with full performance support from the CPU, GPU and SSD.
Microsoft also revealed that Xbox Series X provides a new and innovative HDR reconstruction technology that allows the platform to automatically add HDR support to games.
In addition, it was revealed that the quick recovery function can be enabled on existing backward compatible games, and the quick recovery function can quickly switch between multiple games.
